Still Mountain Healer Certificate Program

Still Mountain Healer offers two levels of Craniosacral certification:

The Essentials Craniosacral Work and The Advanced Immersion.

Those who do not wish to pursue the certificate program may opt to take the courses individually. You will learn skills in each class that you can immediately incorporate into your current practice.

The Essentials Craniosacral Work Certificate Program

Components:

Level 1-4 Craniosacral Work Classes:

Each Essentials Craniosacral Work course includes 28 hours of in-class instruction (lecture, demonstration and plenty of hands-on practice). In addition you should expect to spend 5 to 10 hours of reading and review prior to each class. A reading list will be provided.

Mind Body Level 1:

This class is a blended format of live and on-line class work with documented practice sessions. The class incorporates both didactic and experiential learning techniques, providing students with a somatic understanding of the material presented.  Students will be taught how to apply practices to their own life and given tangible tools to take directly to the work they do with their clients.  Time will be allocated for lecture, discussion, practice, and integration.  If you attend a SMH retreat, a portion of this requirement will be covered.

Ethics 1:

There will be an on-line version of this offered as well as live. If you attend a SMH retreat, there is an Ethics component that will cover this requirement.

Mentoring Sessions:

The intention of the Mentoring Sessions is to guide students on their individual journey of exploring, learning and deepening their skills in Craniosacral Work. Craniosacral Work is a multi-layered system with many facets. Every student learns in a different way and each has their unique skills, gifts and talents. It is our goal to meet each student in their unique place of learning and point them in a direction that will enhance their skills. The opportunity to guide each student on an individual basis accelerates and deepens their learning.

6 mentoring sessions are required for certification. Both live (one-on-one and small group) and on-line (Zoom or FB messenger video) mentoring will be available. Live Mentoring sessions will be offered the day before and the day after most workshops or by appointment. (Check with the class organizer for schedule). Two of the mentoring sessions must be live.
