April 20 - May 10, 2020
from 8:00 - 8:30 am (PST)

Brand new to meditation? or dabbling for a while? or want to deepen your practice?

This journey is for you!

We are living in a very challenging time - our lives as we knew them have changed dramatically. So many unknowns…

How can we meet these times from a more grounded, calm and open state of Being?

By learning to access, cultivate and nurture our inner quiet and calm that is always present.

It has been shown that it takes 21 days to develop a habit. So let’s deepen the habit together … create some new neural grooves!

Meditation has been scientifically shown to regulate our nervous system to a calmer state and turn up our ‘feel good’ neurotransmitters and up-regulate the empathy parts of our brain.

Throughout our 21 day journey, I will share some simple instruction, pointers, guidance and support. We will start with shorter guided meditations and build up to a half hour meditation.

Find your inner Stillness, your groundedness, expand your heart, enjoy your Self!

You can do this!!
